5. Intellectual Property

All materials, frameworks, notes, and insights provided during consulting remain the intellectual property of Buitex Sphere Solutions unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Clients may use insights internally for business purposes but may not redistribute, publish, or resell them without permission.

6. Payment Terms

All services must be paid according to agreed terms before or at the time of service delivery unless otherwise stated.

Failure to complete payment may result in suspension or cancellation of services.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Buitex Sphere Solutions shall not be liable for:

  • Financial losses or missed revenue

  • System failures or outages

  • Decisions made based on consulting advice

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service.
